Great brands have customers.
Great movements give those customers somewhere to belong.

& a reason to stay.

One event shouldn’t create one result. It should create an entire growth ecosystem.

One event. Multiple growth engines.

The opportunity
01 Revenue

Create new income through ticket sales, VIP experiences, sponsorships, merchandise, vendors, and product sales.

02 Customers

Turn the event into a customer acquisition channel through registrations, sampling, email/SMS capture, referrals, and first-time buyers.

03 Community

Give customers a reason to connect with the brand and each other in real life, turning an audience into a stronger community.

04 Sponsors

Create valuable inventory other brands will pay to access through cash sponsorships, product contributions, and event activations.

05 Partnerships

Collaborate with aligned brands, creators, gyms, clubs, and communities to share audiences and expand distribution.

06 Content

Generate months of usable media through UGC, testimonials, photography, video, creator content, and brand storytelling.

07 Brand Exposure

Put the brand in front of new audiences through partners, sponsors, creators, attendees, PR, and earned media.

08 Retention

Strengthen the emotional relationship with customers so they are more likely to buy again, return to future events, refer others, and stay connected to the brand.

Differentiation

Not an event agency. Your fractional event department.

Event Agency Executes the event.
Event Consultant Tells you what to do.
Our Team Creates it, builds it, and integrates into your company to execute it.

Built for brands that already have something people want.

Established consumer brands with proven products, customers, audience, and the desire to build deeper community and new revenue channels.

From apparel brand to an owned endurance ecosystem.

Keep Going Athletics → Keep Going Half Marathon
Keep Going Athletics

We are currently building the Keep Going Half Marathon as KGA’s proprietary endurance property. As of September 2026, before the inaugural event has even taken place, the ecosystem has already attracted 21 official partners and sponsors, secured 7,500+ attendee product gifts worth more than $62,000, developed distribution partnerships reaching large targeted endurance communities, and created a new revenue channel for the brand.

The role

01

Concept & Event IP

Developing the Keep Going Half Marathon as KGA’s proprietary endurance property, built as an extension of the brand rather than a one-off race.

02

Business & Revenue Model

Structuring an entire new revenue channel for the brand through event registrations, Race Village upsell, paid sponsorships, and merchandise sales.

03

Sponsorship & Partnerships

Built out event sponsor packages and as of September 2026, secured 21 official partners, plus 7,500 attendee product gifts worth more than $62,000 in product value.

04

Distribution & Audience

Developing partnerships with run clubs, creators, and key community organizations to reach currently 2M+ targeted customers organically.

05

Brand & Commerce Integration

Connecting the event to KGA’s product launches, turning race momentum into apparel demand.

06

Operations & Execution

Executed the event across the board with the course, participant experience, vendor coordination, staffing, local government permitting, legal security and event-day operations plan for the inaugural race for launch approval.

The result so far

An apparel brand now owns an endurance ecosystem.

Partners, product, distribution, and new revenue, all built around one event the brand owns.

Why this matters

Most brands treat an event as an expense.

We build it as an asset that grows the brand.

KGHM shows how one owned event connects the:

Brand → Event IP → Partners → Distribution → Revenue → Community

True North Yoga & Ayurveda → Yoga & Performance Wellness Retreats
True North Yoga and Ayurveda

Before building large-scale endurance events, our founder helped develop and execute a new experiential offering for True North Yoga & Ayurveda: a series of immersive Yoga & Performance Wellness Retreats.

Rather than creating another traditional yoga retreat, we helped build a differentiated experience combining:

Yoga & meditation Strength & conditioning Athletic performance Physical development Recovery & wellness Travel & hospitality Community Personal transformation

Retreats created

True North successfully hosted retreat experiences across
Switzerland / Greece / Panama / Outer Banks, North Carolina

The role

01

Concept & Positioning

Developing the Yoga & Performance Wellness Retreat concept and differentiating it from conventional yoga retreats.

02

Business & Revenue Model

Building the retreat business plan, pricing strategy, offer structure, and revenue model.

03

Experience Design

Structuring the guest journey, programming, activities, wellness components, performance training, meals, hospitality, and overall retreat experience.

04

Offer Development

Turning the experience into a premium, high-value offer people were willing to travel for and invest in.

05

Marketing & Launch Strategy

Developing the positioning, launch strategy, sales messaging, content, testimonials, urgency campaigns, and direct-response promotion used to fill retreats.

06

Implementation & Execution

Working directly with the True North founder & resort venues to take the concept from an idea on paper into an operational, revenue-generating event property.

The result

The result was more than a series of events.

We helped create a repeatable experiential product that brought together wellness, athletic performance, travel, hospitality, community, and transformation under one brand.

Why this matters

Anyone can coordinate an event once people have already bought tickets.

The harder job is creating an experience people actually want to buy more than once.

True North demonstrates our ability to take an initial idea and develop the:

Concept → Positioning → Offer → Business Model → Experience → Marketing → Sales → Execution

required to turn it into a sold-out event.

From brand philosophy to new event property.

ÒRA ACTIVA → QXXXXA
ÒRA ACTIVA

For ÒRA ACTIVA, we are currently developing a proprietary women-first endurance race property designed around longevity, identity, community and global destination experiences. From creating the first-ever event format and positioning to sponsorship architecture, customer experience and long-term international expansion strategy, the property is being built as an ecosystem to the brand itself, creating a real-life world for the brand’s products & people to belong. Not simply another one-off brand activation.

The event and race concept is currently undergoing meetings with seed investors for accelerated international expansion.

QXXXXA — Confidential project currently in development. Name withheld pending trademark protection.
